AGM 2024

West Toronto Baseball Association will hold its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on Friday, April 19, 2024 from 6-10 pm.   All players (and their parents or guardians) registered to play on a West Toronto team for the 2024 spring / summer baseball season and coaches of all 2024 West Toronto teams (the “WTBA Community”) are invited to attend the AGM via Zoom (or similar video application). The business of the AGM shall include the following:

• Year in review from the current West Toronto Baseball Association Executive (“WTBA Executive”) including the President’s Report and Treasurer’s financial report
• Discussion of important developments over the past year and any upcoming changes for the year
• Amendments to the West Toronto Baseball Association Constitution (if any)
• Election of the new WTBA Executive for the upcoming year
